Have you ever wondered how to have conversations that would actually increase trust rather than cause people to shut down? Have you ever thought about ways to engage employees to spark their creativity and innovation?
Debra Dubow, Founder and CEO, from Dubow Consulting will lead us through a discussion on how to increase trust in the workplace applying a tool with the acronym “SCARF” designed to enhance conversations between peers, employees, and managers. She will demonstrate how using this tool can decrease defensiveness and create positive energy. This highly interactive and experiential learning session will focus on insights and tips that will make a difference when interacting with others at work and on a personal level.
Debra Dubow has extensive experience as an organization development consultant, executive coach, transformational change facilitator. She is passionate about enhancing growth mindset, engaging talent, and developing leadership capability to create an agile culture for the future
Debra has worked as an internal Organization Development Consultant for a variety of industries including: Roche-Genentech, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Humana Inc., PNC Financial Services, Chrysler Engineering, Eastern Michigan University. Currently Debra is CEO and founder of her own consulting business. Debra loves to mentor others, she has many followers who enjoy working and learning from her, and find her passionand enthusiasm infectious.
